Sauvignon Blanc
An evident tropical bouquet out of the glass supports a balanced combination of floral and stone fruit flavors, finishing with a nice weighty mouth feel owing to the touch of oak.  A perfect compliment an Apple Walnut Salad, green been casserole, fish & chips, pasta primavera, fish tacos, crab cakes or grilled shrimp.

Santa Cruz Mountains Chardonnay
Opening with notes of spiced-apple sauce followed by a mouthful of vanilla beans and whole-wheat toast, this French-oak aged vintage is mouth-filling, smooth, and food-friendly.  Enjoy with Grilled Salmon, chicken pesto, vegetable risotto, grilled Mahi-Mahi or Vegi Shepherd's Pie.

Santa Cruz Mountains Exponent, Red Blend
A blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese and Merlot each from several of the most interesting estate vineyard blocks from around the northern Santa Cruz Mountains.  Thus leading to a purposefully low-alcohol food-friendly wine.  Delicious when served with teriyaki beef, rosemary lamb chops, grilled swordfish or gorgonzola cheese and fresh fruit.

A well-rounded palate of black cherry and cigar box leads to lingering toasted oak on the finish. Plum, chocolate and dark fruit with a hint of herbs. Savor the full fruit with hints of ripe boysenberry. The finish is beautifully balanced with velvety tannins.

Santa Cruz Mountains Sequence, Pinot Noir
Our flagship 'Sequence' Pinot Noir is a blend of our very best estate Pinot Noir vineyard blocks from the shallow soils and steep slopes of the Santa Cruz Mountains. Strawberry and chocolate truffle notes blend seamlessly with earthy mushroom aromatics and dusty elegant tannins. Delicious when enjoyed with Roast beef, spicy poultry, wild mushroom raviolis, shiitake risotto, or bleu cheese.

Santa Cruz Mountains Salinian Block, Cabernet Sauvignon
The 'Salinian Block' is a granitic geologic rift that runs through a portion the San Andreas Fault at the spine of the San Francisco Peninsula. This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon blend is derived from a careful selection of our best Cabernet vineyard lots along the hardscrabble east-facing slopes of the Santa Cruz Mountains.  100% grown, produced, and bottled by the winery. Aged 29 months on a mix of new American and French oak.

This king of red wine grapes pairs beautifully with grilled lamb chops, garlic prime rib, slow cooked beef stew, hearty red sauce with vegetarian lasagna, strong-flavored cheeses and dark chocolates.
